Placing an order
When you place an order you are offering to buy the goods. We accept your offer when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. The contract is formed at that point.
If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund any payment for it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay.
Bundles and offers such as Mix n Match apply as shown on the site when you order. A discount code cannot be used in the same order as Mix n Match or any other discount, and does not apply to bundles. If more than one offer could apply, only one is applied, as shown at checkout. A welcome code such as NEW10 can be used once per customer. Any other conditions of a code are shown where we offer it.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If you choose to pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms also apply to that payment.
We take payment when you place your order. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatching, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
The products
Alura serums are for external use only, applied to the skin during a microneedling treatment. They are not for injection. Each 5 ml vial is enough for 2 treatments. Store unopened vials at room temperature. Once opened, keep the vial in the fridge and use it within 2 weeks, then discard what is left.
Always read the label and follow the instructions supplied with your microneedling device. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a skin condition, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, speak to a healthcare professional before use.
We describe the products plainly. We do not claim that they treat, heal or cure any condition, that they are clinically proven, or that any regulator or pharmacist has approved them.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Your right to cancel, and how refunds work, are covered by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your information
How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any of your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you are buying as a business, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Complaints
Email info@aluramicroneedling.com with your order number and we will respond. If a product causes an unwanted reaction, please tell us so that we can record it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
