Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship overseas.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Express delivery: £6.99
- Standard delivery is free on orders over £50.
Prices include VAT.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from 45 Cadogan Road, Dosthill, Tamworth B77 1PQ on working days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times
Standard delivery usually arrives within three to five working days of dispatch. Express delivery usually arrives within one to two working days of dispatch. These are estimates and not guarantees.
Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the day the contract is made.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we will email you the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived when you expected it, email info@aluramicroneedling.com with your order number and we will look into it.
If an order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and email us a photograph within a reasonable time so we can resolve it.
